Return Policy - If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we do offer a money-back guarantee (less shipping and handling) if returned in good condition within thirty (30) days of our shipping date, excluding downloadable products, seminars, webinars and continuing education courses.

Seminars

Cancellation Policy - When a registrant cancels six or more working days prior to the seminar, the registrant is charged a $75.00 administration fee.  If the registrant cancels within six business days prior to the start date, the registrant is charged 100% of the seminar cost (however, substitution is permissible).     

Please note that we need to reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any classes that do not reach their minimum participant status, up until 72 hours prior to the seminar. If this should occur, participants will receive a full refund of any registration fee.  Please contact us prior to making non-cancellable reservations.

Manual Rebate Policy - If a seminar attendee has already purchased a manual applicable to the registered seminar, we will credit the seminar attendee the purchase price of the applicable manual (excluding shipping) provided that manual was purchased within 90 days of the seminar date. A full rebate does not apply during product or event sales.

Webinars

Since access links to the On-Demand or Live webinars are provided to the customer when the product is purchased, there are no refunds on the purchase of webinars.

All funds are in Canadian dollars.
